Richard Stanley Jr

Rich is a patent attorney at Grant Attorneys at Law PLLC. He has been practicing patent law for over 20 years and has experience in all areas of patent law, such as drafting and prosecuting patent applications, advising clients on patent infringement including drafting opinion letters, and patent infringement litigation. Rich’s patent experience covers a wide range of technologies including electrical transmission systems, electrical motors, software algorithms, financial systems, medical devices, robotics, and mechanical devices.

Rich received his law degree from Baylor University School of Law and received his bachelor’s of science degree from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in mechanical engineering. Prior to becoming a patent attorney, Rich worked for several years as an engineer with a large multinational manufacturer. After graduating from law school, he has worked at several large law firms. He’s also obtained a master’s degree in business administration.
