Sejal is a Partner at Grant Attorneys at Law PLLC. She focuses her practice on trademark prosecution and is experienced in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). She has extensive experience managing sizable US and international trademark portfolios, handling TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings, and working with entrepreneurs, start-ups, medium and large businesses, and creatives looking to protect their works.

Sejal received her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, with minors in Speech Communication and Business Law, from Hofstra University. She graduated from Fordham University School of Law where she served as Notes and Articles Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. Sejal currently lives in Nassau County, NY with her husband and son.
