The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in patent prosecution, portfolio management, enforcement, and strategic brand protection. Litigation experience is a plus. Minimum Requirements

  • 7+ years of patent prosecution experience 

  • US registered patent attorney with one active state bar registration

  • Proven track record of successful business development with a minimum portable book of business of $200,000 and a desire to continue to build that book

Soft Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong drive and willingness to own projects and see them to completion
  • Ability to communicate with exceptional clarity and professionalism
  • Proven track record of cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Collaborative mindset, eager to contribute and elevate team performance
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace
  • Open to learning and using new software
  • A quick learner when it comes to software and technology
